Basic donditions for operation of Slae-Service and Service Centres:

If Trade organization intends to become a Sale-Service centre of IMT, the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

1. It has to be registered for sale of products included in the Production program of IMT;

2. It has to be financial stable;

3. Its location should be in an area non-covered with SSC of IMT;

4. It has to satisfy cartain organizational-techical conditions for sale, service and maintenance of IMT products, and for that purpose it is necessary to provide:

   • A well-prepared storage and manipulative area for IMT final products and spare parts;

   • A specialized service workshop for IMT products;

   • Tranied personnel for IMT products;

   • Suitable premises and teaching aids for training of final users of IMT products.

To gain status of Service centre (SC) It is necessary to fulfill the following technical-technological conditions:

• registeredent erprise, firm or independent workshop to make a Service Agreement with IMT
• service workshop covering minimum 60m2,
• equipment and devices according to technological procedure for servicing
• tools (standard, mechanic, measuring, control and special),
• service vehicle for field work,
• technicak documents,
• qualified and trained personnel.
